             The scans/tests booked through www.saveonscan.com are cancellable/refundable within 3 working days from the date of booking.

(p1) Unable To Reach : If patient is unable to reach the scan center on the scheduled time, a grace period to hold the appointment will be valid for       next 100 minutes from your original scheduled appointment booking time.      Incase of patient doesn't show up for the scheduled appointment time/date in the grace period as well, the refund request will be made based on the refund policy of the scan center, all rights stand with the scan center to approve or disapprove.  

(p2) Reschedule: If the patient would like to reschedule their scan/test appointment booking, this is possible to be applied for at least 24 hours (a day before - not after 3 p.m.) of the scan/test, subject to the availability of next slot for the specific scan/test solely depending on the scan center's approval.

(p3) Kindly Note All Refund Applications outcome is solely decided approved/disapproved by scan center/provider , we can only facilitate and assist you in applying for the refund. we do not issue the refunds from our side. SaveOnScan (DrSyeds Healthcare & MedicoDais Pvt ltd) will not be liable/responsible for any issuing any refunds from our end, any may/will not stand valid for any legal disputes arising from refund and cancellation claims. The subject of refund/cancellation is directly between the provider (radiology scan center/laboratory) and the consumer (patient/client/service beneficery).

(p4) In case of any applicable valid approved cancellation/refund, payment will be refunded within 12 working days from the date of approval of refund. We request you to please keep patience and follow up with the company only in case the refund has not taken place within 12 days from the cancellation date. The gateway/facilitator transaction charges and taxes may not be refunded.

(p5) Disputes and Litigations arising at any point of time during availing the service,  during/visiting the scan center, during performing the scan; reporting of the scan is solely between the parties (provider and consumer) and the responsibility of the scan center and the client patient.

Any Consumer/Patient/Service-availer on saveonscan.com will be bound to accept the refunds and cancellation policy stated above in clause (p1 & p2 & p3 & p4 & p5 ) and mutually confirms to abide and agree with the refund, cancellation policy & disclaimer at any stage of using the services on saveonscan.com (browsing, before making appointment, after making appointment, reschedule of appointment, cancel of appointment, refund application, disputes & litigation)
